1.2 Input Materials: Files, documents, code, and other materials you upload to the Service, including assignment briefs, reference materials, and configuration parameters.
1.3 Usage Data: Service access logs, generation requests, and output delivery records. IP address, browser type, device information, and usage patterns.
1.4 Automatically Collected: Cookies and similar tracking technologies for authentication, session management, and analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process document generation requests
- Manage your account, credits, and purchases
- Communicate with you regarding the Service, updates, or support
- Improve, optimize, and debug the Service

3. Data Retention
Input materials are retained for 30 days after generation to allow for re-downloads and are then automatically deleted. Output documents are stored for 30 days and then automatically deleted.
Account information is retained until you delete your account or we terminate it. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Dodo Payments — for payment processing (subject to their privacy policy)
- AI Model Providers — for content generation (subject to their privacy policies)
- Sandbox Infrastructure Providers — for isolated code execution environments
- Service Providers — hosting, analytics, error tracking, and support tools
- Legal Requirements — if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
We require all third-party processors to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our instructions.
5. Data Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
