TERMS OF // SERVICE

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Assignment Bot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Assignment Bot ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Assignment Bot is an AI-powered content generation service. Users provide input materials and configuration parameters, and the Service generates structured output documents based on those inputs. Output is generated using automated systems including code execution in isolated sandbox environments.

The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are legally an adult in your jurisdiction of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We may require age verification at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or termination.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation: You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

4.2 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Account Restrictions: You may not create more than one account, transfer your account to another party, or use another person's account without authorization.

5. Credits and Payments

5.1 Credit System: The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each document generation consumes one (1) credit. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5.2 Credit Packs: Credits may be purchased in packs of varying sizes. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as described in Section 5.5.

5.3 No Expiration: Credits do not expire. Unused credits remain available in your account indefinitely, subject to these Terms and any applicable law.

5.4 Pricing: We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.

5.5 Failed Generations: If a document generation fails to complete due to a Service error, the consumed credit will be automatically restored to your account.

5.6 Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Dodo Payments. By purchasing credits, you agree to Dodo Payments' terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

5.7 Taxes: All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or fees associated with your use of the Service.

5.8 Refund and Chargeback Policy: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal initiated through your payment provider will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all unused credits, and permanent ban from the Service. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of any amounts disputed in bad faith.

  • Use the Service to generate content that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the underlying models, algorithms, or systems

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Assignment Bot regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, or agreements, whether oral or written, between you and us.

20. No Waiver

The failure of us to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
